Gwen Stefani has a fan so obsessed, he threatened to kill himself because he couldn't bear looking at photos showing her tripping.
Gwen just snagged a 3-year restraining order against Richard Portnoy -- the guy who showed up recently at her acupuncturist's office to catch her walking in.
But according to Gwen, Portnoy's done a lot more to scare and annoy her. He's shown up at her home on numerous occasions with flowers, candy, cards and letters.
According to the testimony, Portnoy wrote her a letter saying he had concluded she wasn't happy in her present life and he felt he could change that.
Portnoy is rich ... he lives in a gated community and drives expensive cars, including a Porsche and a Mercedes.
As for the tripping incident, Portnoy showed up at Gwen's doorstep, saw her dad and told him he had seen photos of her tripping, adding, if she was hurt, he didn't know if he could go on living.

Can’t knock the hustle. 50 Cent continues to make waves in the business world and Fortune is reporting that the entrepreneur has inked partnership deals with Marvel Comics and Reebok to sell co-branded SMS headphones. The new deal adds to SMS’s already impressive partner list that includes Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Lucasfilm’s Star Wars and Intel.
The report says that the Marvel-branded SMS headphones will sell for a price point of right around $100 and focus on subtle branding of Marvel’s roster of superheroes. The Reebok collaboration will focus on fitness buffs and be sold at Reebok store locations and online. This is not the first time Fifty has worked with Reebok. Back in G-Unit’s hey-day, the rap supergroup and the sneaker company released G-Unit Sneakers.
50 also spoke on SMS’s main competitor, Beats By Dre. “Beats was the first time you saw a record company realized as a marketing company,” said Fif. “You saw Gaga Beats, Bieber Beats, Diddy Beats. And when that many people connected to a major record company have product placement, the unestablished artist who purchases a pair of headphones puts that in his clip so that he feels like he’s got that cool too. It worked in a big way. And it’s not necessarily about the product they sell. It doesn’t have a great sound system.”

Dame Dash Settles Lawsuit With Lee Daniels
Dame Dash and Lee Daniels have finally settled their lawsuit, which stemmed from a loan Dash made to Daniels to help the latter make his 2004 movie, The Woodsman. According to The Hollywood Reporter, both parties and their attorneys have filed the necessary papers to kill the lawsuit, which alleged that, after the $2 million Dash lent Daniels was not repaid, the latter failed to make good on his promise to repay Dash through “rolling the debt over” into Daniels’ future projects. Dash was suing for monetary compensation on top of credit on and ownership of subsequent works by the actor, director and producer. Daniels claimed that, though Dash’s loan was not recouped, the music mogul was duly warned of this possibility in the language of the initial loan agreement.
Despite the contentiousness of the suit, both sides said that this agreement could facilitate future collaboration. Dash is embroiled in more legal turmoil, however; he and Kanye West are being sued over the name of their film, Loisaidas, on the grounds that it infringed on the name of a music group from New York. Daniels is currently enjoying the success of his latest hit, the Fox drama Empire, which has been a runaway hit with critics and fans, setting several ratings records over the course of its just-concluded first season.

The hip-hop figure’s lawyer, Matt Fletcher, said authorities put Knight in the chair and chained him down so they can ‘humiliate’ his client.
The hit-and-run that left Terry Carter, 55, dead and Cle “Bone” Sloan, 51, injured on Jan. 29 has been a bizarre one. It was recently reported that Cle “Bone” Sloan, the man who was injured, but not killed by Suge Knight’s car altercation claimed to have assaulted Knight just prior to being struck by the mogul’s Ford. Sloan told Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officers that he “fucked [Knight] up” before the fatal incident, which took place in front of a Tam’s Burgers restaurant in Compton. Matthew Fletcher, Knight’s lawyer, has argued that not only did Suge not leave his vehicle, but he was simply trying to flee from what he believed to be an armed assault.
Knight has been charged with both murder and attempted murder.

A white South Carolina police officer has been charged with murder for shooting an apparently unarmed black man 5 times as he ran away -- and video has just surfaced of the horrific incident.
The victim is Walter Scott -- a 50-year-old man who was pulled over in North Charleston on Saturday for having a broken taillight on his Mercedes-Benz. According to police, Scott ran away from Officer Michael Slager during the stop ... Slager ran after him, and then fired his Taser.
Police say the Taser did not stop Scott and the men wrestled. The video -- obtained and first posted by the New York Times -- begins right after the scuffle. Scott is seen running away from Slager, who opens fire 8 times. Scott was hit 3 times in the back, once in the butt, and once in the ear.
In his first communication after the shooting ... Slager said, "Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser."
The NY Times slowed down and enhanced a portion of the video after the shooting -- and it appears Slager dropped something next to Scott's body.
Scott was pronounced dead at the scene.
The FBI and Justice Dept. are investigating the incident.

DMX’s Lawyer Says Robbery Claims Are ‘Nonsense’
As was previously reported, a man from New Jersey claims that DMX robbed him at a gas station last Sunday (April 5). According to his story, he recognized the rapper at a gas station in the early-morning hours, approached him and struck up a conversation. After some time, the man says, a member of DMX’s entourage pulled a gun and demanded the man fork over all the money in his pockets–some $3,000. X, according to the account, then hopped into one in a convoy of black SUVs and absconded from the scene. But now, the Yonkers legend’s legal team is calling the whole thing into question. In a statement issued today (April 7), DMX’s lawyer writes:
“He was leaving a show, a very successful show, and he stopped for gas. Four young men approached him for a photo. They took photos and they offered [DMX] drugs. He said no and told them to go…They had an argument and next thing you know, they are accusing him of robbery. Just nonsense.” He went on to refer to the allegations as “completely absurd” and that “anyone who believes it makes no sense at all.”

Warrant Was a Bum Rap!!!
Keyshia Cole just got off scott free in her criminal case where she could have ended up in jail for 30 days.
Kesyhia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was in Santa Clarita court Monday morning, arguing that a 10-year-old bench warrant should not be enforced.
It's a bizarre story ... back in 2002 Keyshia got a DUI. She was placed on probation and was required to attend an alcohol ed course. The court records do not show proof of completion so the judge issued a bench warrant.
But Holley told the judge Keyshia completed the program and her former lawyer just screwed up by failing to inform the court. Holley explained the alcohol ed program -- which no longer has the old records -- must have notified the DMV, because Keyshia has gotten 2 drivers licenses since then.
Holley persuaded the judge so the warrant was recalled and probation was terminated -- yes, Keyshia was unwittingly on probation for the DUI for more than a dozen years.
As for how this all came up ... source broke the story Keyshia was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in Birdman's West L.A. condo last September. The arrest turned up the warrant. The assault matter was dropped, so Keyshia's a free bird.
