Drake Loses $6,000 Bet with The Game over Kentucky’s Loss to Wisconsin

Kentucky’s loss to Wisconsin last night in the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament was a crushing blow to the previously unbeaten Wildcats’ fan base. Include Aubrey Drake Graham in that number. An avid UK fan, the rap star not only had his heart on the line, but also a nice piece of change. Drizzy apparently bet The Game a “humble” $6 bands that the underdog Wisconsin would come out victorious. The rest, as they say, is history. Both MCs took to Instagram last night to reveal the friendly bet. Chuck, who recently made the news for allegedly punching an off duty police officer, bragged about his come up. “Bet my bro @ChampagnePapi a humble $6,000 on the Wisconsin x Kentucky game,” he typed. He even offered his thought process behind running with the Badgers. “3 key elements… 1, Wisconsin start with a “W”… second, it’s the day of the blood moon & 3rd… always bet on the RED team.”
Drake later acknowledged the L in his own IG pic, posting a photo of a University of Kentucky basketball with what is presumably six racks under it. “Congrats to the Badgers on a hard fought game and congrats to @losangelesconfidential for taking some money off my hands. Not many ppl can 😂 We’ll be back next year!!!,” he put in the caption.
If you didn’t already know, Drake is a die-hard fan of he blue and white. He has been frequently spotted at games and interacting with the team. And the feeling is mutual. Kentucky Wildcats Coach John Calipari recently compared Drake to Michael Jackson, so you know it’s real.
