Rumors began to surface regarding relations between Meek and Minaj at the end of 2014, around the time Nicki was doing press for her latest album, The Pinkprint. For the past four months, the rumored lovers teased fans by being captured in each other’s company more times than not, and openly expressing admiration for one another. As the weeks have rolled by, many have pondered on the actual standing between the two top tier rappers, with no confirmation until now.
As many are in favor of the union, nicknaming the pair “Omeeka,” it’s nice to finally provide onlookers with a bit of closure in our new issue. After eating up all of the court-side laughs, brazen P.D.A., and IG madness, we can now officially say Meek and Nicki are indeed a couple.
